Saugor

Saugor was located in the Central Provinces, 180 km northeast of the now state capital, Bhopal. It was on the Delhi-Bhopal railway line, in the section between Jhansi to the north and Bhopal to the south, as shown in this railway map, part of the Great Indian Peninsula Railway network.
