The Raipur-Dhamtari Railway was a short 2ft 6in/762mm narrow gauge(NG) line.

Opened in 1900 connecting Raipur to Dhamtari, a length of 35 miles(56km); extended in 1909 with the opening of the Rajim Branch Railway, a branch connecting to Rajim, 11 miles(18km).The line formed part of the Bengal-Nagpur Railway(BNR) network. [1]
