1st Raising

  • 1760 raised as the 103rd Regiment of Foot (Voluntier Hunters)
  • 1763 disbanded

2nd Raising

  • 1781 raised as the 103rd Regiment of Foot (King's Irish Infantry)
  • 1784 disbanded

3rd Raising

  • 1794 raised at Bristol as The Loyal Bristol Regiment renamed the same year as the 103rd Regiment of Foot
  • 1795 disbanded

4th Raising

  • 1806 raised in Ireland as the 9th Garrison Battalion
  • 1808 became the 103rd Regiment of Foot
  • 1817 disbanded
