The Tirhoot State Railway Volunteer Rifle Corps were an auxiliary regiment under the Bengal command. They comprised staff of the Tirhoot State Railway.

Chronology

1879 raised on 17th January as Tirhoot State Railway Volunteer Rifle Corps^[1]
1892 amalgamated with the Bengal and North Western Railway Volunteer Rifles on 17th June (GGO 573, dated 17th June 1893)^[2]
