Gora Kabristan, Karachi

Gora Kabristan literally means the graveyard of the 'fair skinned' which reference was to the British occupants of Sind. The graves also now house local christians & those of chinese origin. Tombstones are articulate and some are positively works of art.

It is located on Shahrah-e-Faisal, earlier known as the Drigh Road mentioned by T.E.Lawrence in his tome, Seven Pillars of Wisdom. Dara Shaikh
