Baria State Railway
The Baria State Railwaywas an Independent Princely State 2ft 6in/762mm narrow gauge(NG) railway, the line opened 1863. [1]
Later (date not determined) became the Baria-Piplod State Railway; also known as Piplod-Devgad-Baria Railway linking the towns of Baria and Piplod
The line was worked by Bombay, Baroda and Central India Railway(BB&CIR)
In 1948 the Baria State Railway was merged to form the Saurashtra Railway
