Trained at the Thomason Civil Engineering College at Roorkee. Appointed to the Public Works Department, 1879, Assistant Engineer [1].

  • Under-Secretary to Government, Bombay, 1879 [1].
  • Officitaing Secretary to Government, Bombay, 1899 and 1900 [1].
  • Deputy Consulting Engineer for Railways, Calcutta, 1903 and Junior ditto, 1884 [1].
