Burma, Indawgyi Valley Forest Light Railway
The 'Indawgyi Valley Forest' in the 'Myitkyina Division' was leased by the 'Burma Forest Department' to Steel Brothers & Co Ltd under a concession agreements. By 1915-16 a light railway of unknown gauge had been laid for the transportation of timber. The line was still in use by 1939-40 [1].
