Bally Jute Co Ltd Railway

The 'Bally Jute Co Ltd' at Bally, Howrah District was a Jute Mill with 'George Henderson & Co' as Managing Agent. In 1917 it was operating with 514 looms [1].

The records indicate that a 2ft/610mm narrow gauge(NG) railway was operational at the mill [1]
