Hathua Sugar Factory Railway

The Hathua Sugar Factory, Hathua, Gopalganj District, Bihar was incorporated by SKG Sugar Ltd in 1933 [1].

The works had a metre gauge(MG) connection to the Bengal and North-Western Railway(B&NWR) 'Bachhwara-Bahaha Branch Line' [1].

There was also a works 2ft/610mm narrow gauge(NG) railway with locomotives dating from 1917 to 1925 but further details unknown [1].
