The Livingopuram Salt Branch Line was a branch of the South Indian Railway metre gauge (MG) 'Madras-Tuticorin Mainline'.
The line from a junction at Tuticorin to 'Buffer End of Livingopuram', 2.39 miles(3.8km) opened in 1900 [1]. The location of Livingopuram has not been identified.
