The '''Nagpur Chhattisgarh Railway''' (NCR) was a metre gauge ([[Rail_gauge_#Metre_Gauge|MG]]) line that existed in 1888 . The full name was the ‘Nagpur-Chhattisgarh Provincial State Railway’ and was also known as '''Chhattisgarh State Railway''', owned by the [[Great Provincial Government and worked as part of the Indian Peninsula Railway]](GIPR)State Railways. In 1888 this railway track The 'Nagpur Chhattisgarh Railway was purchased from GIPR , in 1887, absorbed by the [[Bengal-Nagpur Railway]](BNR), a company incorporated in 1887, and was converted to broad gauge.
