The letters of George Herbert Whyte [London Irish Rifles]. He joined a volunteer hospital unit in France, in 1914, and became a Second Lieutenant in the London Irish Rifles in 1916. He was in France, Macedonia and Malta (from December 1916, page 63), Egypt and Palestine, where he died. He was a well known Theosophist.
