Allahabad Government Barracks Construction Tramway
The 1863-64 annual report for the North-Western Provinces stated that a one and a half mile(2.4km) long tramway was used during the building of new barracks at Allahabad. It was used for moving bricks from the brickfields to the barracks. The gauge and motive power are unknown, equally the years of operation [1]..
