Maniara Tank Construction Railway
The 'Maniara Tank Construction Railway' is an artificial irrigation resevoir [1] in Maniari Division, 25 miles(40km) north-westward of Bilaspur, Chattisgarh [2].
The Tank was constructed during the 1920's by the Central Provinces Public Works Department and the records show that 2ft/610mm narrow gauge(NG) locomotives were operating in the construction, the extent of ther track is unknown [2].
