Amend introduction
By the treaty of 1801 the Nizam of Hyderabad was obliged to maintain a military force called the '''Nizam's Contingent'''. The subsequent treaty of 1853 renamed the force the '''Hyderabad Contingent'''. During the 19th century the names of the units changed from '''1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th Regiments Nizam’s Cavalry''' to '''1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th Cavalry Hyderabad Contingent''' and '''1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th Lancers Hyderabad Contingent'''.
