:Yes, I think they would be nice on the main war page too. As for Wellington's dispatches, I would always err on the side of a book not being digitized yet if you expect it to have been published. I don't know how the digitization projects happen or work but I'm sure there is scope for some haphazard or seemingly random selections. Anyway, I found [http://www.archive.org/details/dispatchesoffiel10welluoft Vol X] on archive.org and it says Vols 1-3 are India. So it does exist. Going to search for it some more.
