Following Arthur Wellesley eventually caught up with the capture remnants of Seringapatnam Dhoondia Waug, a Maratha leader, was released from prison and, describing himself as King of the Two Worlds, went north where he plundered the countryside. Wellesley pursued him with a field 's force and eventually defeated him at Conagulit killing their leader.
