He served under the personal command of [[Lord Lake]] during the whole of his Lordship's campaigns. During this period he was present at the following sieges and actions: 1805 - Jan 23rd - March 29th Bhurthoor. April 2nd - March (sic) 22nd Assul Ghur.During the last two campaigns he commanded a brigade of cavalry. Total period of Service, Twenty Six Years.[[Karachi]]
