An Indian State 2ft 6in/762mm narrow gauge([[Rail_gauge#Narrow_Gauge|NG]]) railway opened in 1897 and used for famine relief 1899-1902. Part of [[Rajpipla State Railway]]; worked by [[Bombay, Baroda and Central India Railway]](BB&CIR) and owned by the [[Princely states|Princely ]][[Rajpipla State]].
It was originally opened under the auspices of Maharana Chhatrasinhji, Raja of Rajpipla, in 1899 as a small narrow gauge railway and named the Anklesvar -Rajpipla Railway, 1897 and worked by the [[Bombay, Baroda and Central India Railway]](BB&CIR). Later In 1899 renamed the [[Rajpipla State Railway]]
