It is thought that the Company was formed and authorised to construct an Electric Tram from Andheri (which is 4 km north of [[Bombay]]/Mumbai city centre) to Mantralaya (which is about 16km south of the city centre).
It appears this project did not go ahead – this is pending clarification.
