*UK
**This database is available at the [[British Library]] in the Reading Rooms. The British Library link [https://www.bl.uk/help/readex-conditions-of-use Readex Conditions of Use] indicates that the British Library's '''Reader Pass holders are able to to remotely access this database on their computers at home, and provides the access link'''. Remote access specifically '''excludes''' patrons who access the resource through a school, school library, corporation, business or other organization.
**Previously the only other known institution with access was Northumbria University, Newcastle UK with access for students and staff only, and not available to visitors. Possibly this database is no longer available, although there is a database "NewsBank InfoWeb" "a selection of Historical Newspapers from around the world" from the same supplier.
