The commemorative plaque of the Dera Ismail Khan Town Hall library. This library was built under the patronage of C.LATIMER ESQ. Latimer Esquire I.C.S, Deputy Commissioner and under the supervision of Rai Bahadur Diwan Jagan Nath, Municipal Secretary and Lala Parshotam Lall Bagai, B.A, L.L.B, Pleader, Assistant Commissioner.
