Answering this issue here. I think this regiment is actually 3rd The King's Own Hussars so I have redirected there. I also fixed the same error in List of HM Regiments so should all be fine. Sy, as for your other redirect not working, well it did work for me. However, the redirect I have just created does not yet work, so I suspect there is either some sort of catchup issue with the server or some other temporary issue making the update not work straight away.
