Can’t find any reference to this conflict other than a Google Books snippet which notes a Major B.S.Buist who commmanded a detachment at the action of Binna Caudy on 12 Jan 1858. Have guessed that Binnakandi is the modern equivalent as it is in the Cachar District.--Sy 09:30, 11 June 2008 (PDT)
Spelling Variants
Modern name: Binnakandi
Variants: Binna Candy/Binna Caudy (misprint?)
