Battles & Actions in British India 1600-1900 lists this as Raneegorum against Mahsuds in 1860. This must be a misspelling. The Mahsud Expedition in 1860 reached the Mahsud capital of Kaniguram.--Sy 07:51, 15 September 2008 (PDT)
