Comment on Battle Location
Kothul means ridge and refers here to the summit of the Kohat Pass between Kohat and Peshawar. There is a general description of events at the pass in 1853 but I can find no account of conflicts on 12 & 25 November. This seems to be a different conflict from the battle against the Jowakis at Bori later in November--Sy 02:08, 11 October 2008 (PDT)
