Comment on Battle Location
The account of the Voyage of the Pearl when a naval brigade went up the Gogra River indicates that Phoolpore was on the river somewhere between Barhaj and Tanda in Uttar Pradesh. It is therefeore unlikely to have been the Phulpur northeast of Allahabad.--Sy 07:26, 9 September 2008 (PDT)
