Philibhit Sugar Factory Railway
A sugar factory at Philibhit was opened in 1909-10 by 'Lalit Hari Sugar Factory Private Ltd'. A metre gauge(MG) of 3-4km in length connected the factory to Philibhit staion on the Rohilkund and Kumaon Railway(R&KR) [1].
