Prachi Road-Kodinar Railway was a metre gauge(MG) extension of the ‘Junagadh State Railway’ from Prachi Road to Kodinar, with a length of 16 miles(26km) and funded by the Baroda Durbar. The line was commissioned in 1935, and was expected to be opened for traffic before January 1938 [1]..

The railway was a branch from the Veraval to Delvada line, which was fully opened by 1935
