The tramway system, with a length of about 6 miles(9km), of unknown gauge, crossed the Dibru-Sadiya Railway between Bar Hapjan and Hansara stations.
The Tramway served:-
- 'Dhoedaam Tea Garden', owned by the 'Pabhojan Tea Co Ltd'
- 'Hansara Tea Garden', owned by the 'Doom Dooma Tea Co Ltd'
