Khulna Branch Railway
The Bengal Central Railway(BCR), opened in 1881-82 the broad gauge(BG) railway from Bangaon via Jessore to Khulna.
In 1904/5 the BCR was nationalised and became the Kulna Branch Railway of the Eastern Bengal Railway(EBR) network.
