Nirmali Branch Railway

Originally known as the Darbhanga State Railway.

The line opened 1883-84 as the Nirmali Branch Railway of Tirhoot State Railway(TSR).

The line was worked by Bengal and North-Western Railway(B&NWR) 1886-1890; then reverted to Tirhoot State Railway(TSR)
