The Gondal Railway was a metre gauge railway owned by the State of Gondal and origianlly worked by the Bhavnagar-Gondal-Junagad-Porbandar Railway.
From 1911, the line formed the nucleus of a new system, Gondal Railways (GR) , which also worked the Porbandar Railway jointly with that railway. In 1919, GR took over the sole working of the PR. In 1948, GR became a part of Saurashtra Railway.
