Loi Shilman Railway
The Loi Shilman Railway was a proposal to construct a military narrow gauge(NG) NG railway extending into Afghanistan as far as the Shilman Ghakki pass. It was one of two proposals: - the other being the Kabul River Railway, a proposal following the narrow Kabul River gorge to Smatsai, below the fort at Dakka. [1] [2]
