13th Frontier Force Rifles

13th Frontier Force Rifles was formed in 1922 by amalgamation of five existing regiments and consisted of five regular battalions.

At Independence in 1947 the 13th Frontier Force Rifles was allocated to Pakistan, and in 1956 amalgamated into the Frontier Force Regiment, with Regimental Depot now at Abbottabad.[1]
