John Lemon Poictevin Hogan
John Lemon Poictevin Hogan was trained at the Thomason Civil Engineering College at Roorkee. Joined the Public Works Department; 1873 and posted to military works; transferred to Mysore, 1877; to Central Provinces, 1878 [1].
