James Meadows Rendel

The East Indian Railway (EIR) first Consulting Engineer appointed 1847 ^[1]
Designed the box-girder steelwork for the Son River Bridge near Arrah ^[2]
Died 1856 ^[3] and suceeded as Consulting Engineer to EIR by his son Alexander Meadows Rendel^[4]
