GIPR Consulting Engineers - based in London
- George Barclay Bruce from 1894 was the Consulting Engineer to the GIPR and the Indian Midland Railway(IMR), based in London, in partnership with Robert White [2]. The IMR was amagamated into GIPR in 1901 and the partnership continued to act for the GIPR.

- 1910 John Edwin Dallas became Managing Director of the GIPR Company in London. Prior to his retirement from the Indian Public Works Department his final position was Senior Government Inspector of Railways [3].
