Summary

After the Capture of Kalat Mir Newas Khan was left in command with Lieut Loveday as political agent. Mir Nusseer Khan, son of Mir Mehrab Khan, negotiated a surrender of the town and Lieut Loveday was taken prisoner. He was later murdered by his captors.
