Mulshi Dam Railway

The Mulshi Dam was built on the Mula River by Tata Electric Company Ltd from 1919; it was supplying water to the hydro-electric power station at Bhira by 1927 [1]

The records show that a significant number of 2ft 6in/762mm narrow gauge(NG) locomotives were operational at this site dating from 1919-20[2].
