McLeodganj Railway

The McLeodganj Railway extension of the Southern Punjab Railway(SPR) from Ludhiana was constructed in 1906 by SPR; later renamed Mandi Sadiqgan Railway and now in Pakistan. [1]

Worked by the ‘North Western Railway’ up to 1929-30 then becoming part of the ‘NWR System’

- L/F/8/16/1154; “Southern Punjab Railway Company Limited, Contract as to extension railway from McLeodganj to Fazilka, Ferozepore and Ludhiana and amending contract of 13th August, 1895”; 4 Oct 1905
