Sir Ralph Griffith, K.C.S.I., C.I.E. was the first Governor of the North West Frontier Province and inaugurated the Rai Bahadur Seth Jessa Ram Bhatia and Brothers Charity Hospital in Dera Ismail Khan on the 17th of March 1936.
