First published in 1965 as ''Gallipoli as I saw it''. Joseph Murray, of Hood Battalion, Royal Navy Division died in 1994, aged 97, one of the longest lived survivors of Gallipoli. Elsewhere a comment has been seen that this is considered one of the best personal accounts of a soldier’s time at Gallipoli.
