Accounts variously describe Pollilore as 10 miles northwest of Conjeeveram (modern Kanchpuriam) and near Perembucan (Perumbakkan) 14 miles west of Conjeeveram. The Heritage History link describes the action as the Battle of Perembucan.--Sy 09:24, 21 September 2008 (PDT)
