Sir Thomas Hislop, 1st Baronet, GCB (1764-1843) was a British soldier who came to India in 1814 when he was appointed lieutenant-general and commander-in-chief at Fort St George. During the 3rd Maratha War he was commander-in-chief of the Army of the Deccan.
