1806 The 69th Regiment were the victims of India's first mutiny at Vellore in southern India.

1815-1826 The Muster Rolls show the 69th Regiment of Foot being committed to the Pindari Campaign for 11 years. However, the Pindari Campaign or 3rd Mahratta War only lasted in its fiercest form from 1817 to 1818.
