Lieutenant General Sir Willoughby Cotton GCB, KCH (1783–1860), was a British soldier who came to India in 1821 as a lieutenant-colonel in the 47th Regiment of Foot. He commanded a brigade in the 1st Burma War and the Bengal Division of the Army of the Indus in the 1st Afghan War. He was Commander-in-Chief of the Bombay Presidency.
