Rajputana was a region in India that included mainly the present-day Indian state of Rajasthan, together with some adjoining areas.

"Ajmere, Bandikui, Phulera, Gangapur City, Kota, Jodhpur... these were great railway colonies and hence these were hotspots of the Anglo-Indian community"[1]
