  • 1763 disbanded

2nd Raising

  • 1780 raised as the 98th Regiment of Foot and known as the Loyal Lincolnshire Regiment
  • 1783 detachment captured at the Battle of Bednore
  • 1785 disbanded

3rd Raising

  • 1794 raised by the 4th Duke of Gordon as the 100th Regiment of Foot
  • 1798 became 92nd Regiment of Foot (Gordon Highlanders)

4th Raising

  • 1824 raised in Ireland as the 100th Regiment of Foot
  • 1816 renamed 99th Regiment of Foot
  • 1818 disbanded
